About the Awards

The Live Love Awards recognise impact, innovation, creativity and youth-led community action across three pillars: Culture, People and Nature.
What began in 2014 as a single hashtag now reaches nine countries and three billion impressions a year. These awards put a name to the people behind it.
How a winner is decided
Every award is scored out of 100. Half comes from the public vote and half from a five-member expert jury, scoring in private against a fixed rubric. Neither half can decide a category on its own.
Three pillars, nine categories
Each pillar has three categories — one for civil society organisations, one for individuals, and one for influencers whose platforms do good. Twelve finalists stand in each category.
