The Jury
Five judges score every finalist independently and in private, against a fixed rubric, and cannot see public voting data before submitting.
The rubric
Impact
Innovation
Sustainability
Ethics
Each juror's scores are levelled against their own distribution before averaging, so a harsh scorer does not outweigh a generous one. A juror who knows a nominee may declare a conflict and abstain.

Jurors are named publicly before the voting window opens.
